From a single motor oil distributor to a group of eleven companies, BIS Group has grown by doing one thing consistently: excellence in everything we do.
Bis Oil, our first private company, started with wholesale and retail trade of motor oils, lubricants and automotive parts. Today it serves more than 1,000 wholesale buyers and gave life to Techno Oil, the first domestic motor oil brand in North Macedonia.
Along the way we expanded into construction and real estate with Garden Inn Residence and Aquaduct Residence, into renewable energy with Bis Solar, into the circular economy with licensed waste-oil treatment, and into health and wellness with Garden INN Medical and Garden Slim & Beauty Clinic.
Through the Selmani Foundation, we give back to the community that made it all possible.

Bis Oil is founded
The group's first company starts wholesale and retail trade of motor oils, lubricants and auto parts.
Garden Inn Residence completed
The first project of Bis Construction & Investment opens in Skopje, together with Garden INN Mall.
Aquaduct Residence & Green Line
A gated-community concept with solar rooftops, and a license for independent waste-oil treatment.
Techno Oil
The first domestic motor oil brand in North Macedonia launches its full product range.
